Flexible heart: Stand-alone or seamless link

The Loch Suite is the flexible 'hub' at the heart of the SECC and it provides a perfect illustration of the adaptability of the whole centre. You can use it as a stand-alone venue in its own right or to provide a seamless link between the Clyde Auditorium and the five exhibition halls.

The Loch Suite provides the perfect illustration of the adaptability of the SECC. It can be used as a stand alone venue providing self contained conference accommodation or it can provide a seamless link between the Clyde Auditorium and the exhibition halls.

The clever set up of the suite gives you the opportunity to stage every kind of event, from an intimate meeting of several people to a bustling seminar or a glitzy product launch.

The largest room, the Lomond Auditorium, has tiered and floor level seating for 624. There are six other rooms over two floors, ranging in capacity from 10 to 220. What's more, retractable partition walls can help shape the space to meet your requirements exactly.

The first floor level, accessed either through internal staircases, escalators or lifts, also offers a further 2 breakout rooms, the Carron and Dochart, each holding 200 theatre style and again dividing to offer a further option of four rooms of 100 theatre style each.


In addition, the ground floor level, behind the auditorium is home to the Etive and Fyne rooms, ideal for speaker preview, organisers offices or boardroom meetings for 15 people.'


The Loch Suite is situated immediately adjacent to the main concourse and has a short corridor linking directly into Halls 1 and 2. It therefore in it's entirety is an ideal and compact space to accommodate meetings of up to 600 people with exhibition, poster, catering and regisration areas immediately alongside the rooms.


For larger meetings, the Loch Suite is the ideal suite of breakout rooms, conveniently situated between the Clyde Auditorium and the SECC larger exhibition halls.
