Following a full review of catering facilities and services at SECC, we are forging ahead with a new strategy, managed by specialist catering company, Leith's. The future look for catering at the venue combines strong recognised high street brands with bespoke concepts that have the flexibility to adapt to changing audiences and requirements.

Led by Leith's Simply Better philosophy, which has been very successful in the local and national conference and event market, the redevelopment is a response to the increasing sophistication and diversity of customers' tastes. The new facilities allow greater flexibility, to suit tastes and budgets for all of the 200 event - from corporate functions, international conferences and public exhibitions to pop concerts – that take place at the venue each year.

To complement the Leith's package, specialist catering company Nairn's Anywhere, set up by Scotland's leading celebrity chef, Nick Nairn, can provide packages for clients who want to offer an exclusive dining experience.

The Ritazza pod is a semi-mobile, self contained and high quality branded café, offering a full espresso coffee range, teas, cold drinks, ciabatta sandwiches and a selection of cakes and pastries, which can be built into an exhibition plan, according to the client’s exact requirements.
