At the SECC we have a real pride in our reputation as a
successful organisation and recognise that this is built on the
commitment and skills of all our employees. We aim to recruit
employees who have the relevant skills, qualifications and
experience to make a positive and innovative contribution towards
the continued success of the Company.
We employ a diverse workforce to manage the running of the venue
and have teams in areas such as :

• IT
• Human Resources & Health & Safety
• Contact Centre advisors
• Sales & Marketing
• Technical
• Building Services
• General Management
Many of functions within the SECC are outsourced to partners
based within the Venue who directly employ their staff in areas
such as security/stewarding, catering and bar staff.

The SECC currently has no situations vacant.
Recruitment Agencies
Please note that SEC Ltd operates a strict preferred suppliers
list for recruitment agencies. Any speculative CV's received from
agencies who have not been asked to assist with a recruitment
campaign, will neither be registered nor considered for the
role.
Finally, as a result of the above, speculative phone calls from
agencies will not be welcomed.
Work Experience, Placements & Internships
As you can imagine, the SECC receives a very large number of
requests for work experience and/or placements from schools and
universities students. Unfortunately we are not able to provide
such placements at the present time.
SEC Ltd also receives numerous enquiries about longer-term
placements and internships, paid or unpaid. Regrettably, the
Company generally do not have the resources to be able to offer
this kind of programme.
